EgyptAir (www.egyptair.com) operates daily flights between Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Sharm El Sheikh, Assiut and Hurghada.

Cairo International Airport
Information desks are located in all terminals, in the Arrivals and Departures halls and in the transit hall. Flight information (tel: (02) 634 8566) is available 24 hours a day. Tourist police (tel: (02) 265 2313, Terminal 1, or 265 2269, Terminal 2) within the terminals can also provide information.

The airport can be reached from Cairo city centre, across the 6th October Bridge, via Salah Salem Road which leads to Heliopolis. The airport and Heliopolis are well signposted from the city centre. The airport is located off the Al-Orouba main road, and can now be reached via a new link road from the Cairo Ring Road.

Sharm el Sheikh International Airport
There are no information desks at the airport, but tour operator representatives are available for arriving holidaymakers.

The airport is just off the main road that follows the coast directly into Sharm.

Hurghada International Airport
A new terminal complex is now in operation, with a capacity of 7.5 million passengers annually.

There are no information desks at the airport.

It's a 20-minute drive from the airport to the city centre. The airport is next to the main Ring Road. To get the airport, head south from the city on the Al-Nasr road and follow signs for the airport.
